Endpoint Clinical is located on the 4th floor of the Apurupa Complex. This is on the Gachibowli to Tolichowki Road, right near H.S. Darga in Rai Durg. It’s a pretty modern part of Hyderabad, with lots of big buildings and tech parks around us. Being on the fourth floor means we have to rely on the lift a lot, which can be slow when everyone is coming in at 9 AM. Our work involves clinical research services, which sounds complicated, but for us, it’s mostly about data, coordination, and following a lot of specific rules. The office is set up with various workstations and a small break area where we keep the kettle. It’s a professional enough environment, but we don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just wear regular clothes and focus on the screens. The road outside is always packed with cars and buses, so there’s a constant hum of engines in the background. We have some large windows, but we usually keep the blinds down to stop the glare on our monitors. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on details. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed because the work itself can be quite repetitive and requires a lot of concentration. Sometimes we all go out for biryani on Fridays if the week hasn't been too crazy. It’s just a bunch of people doing a specific job in a busy part of town. That's our life here. Every day is different.
