Emas Construction

Emas Construction is based out of our office at Plot No.5 in Sai Chandra Colony. It’s located in Phase 1 of the colony, over in Dammaiguda, which is under the Nagaram Post in Hyderabad. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit now, focusing on local building projects. Construction work is never really simple, there is always something going wrong with a delivery or a timeline, and we spend a lot of our time right here at the desk trying to fix those issues. It’s a lot of phone calls to site supervisors and checking on material costs. The office itself is 5-81, and it’s a pretty functional space. We don’t have a lot of decorations or fancy furniture because we’d rather spend that money on the actual equipment we need for the jobs. Being in Hyderabad means we are always dealing with the heat and the traffic when we head out to see a project. Our team is small, mostly just a handful of people who know the trade. We aren’t interested in those big corporate meetings; we prefer just getting the plans drawn up and the bricks laid. Dammaiguda is growing quite a bit, so there’s usually some work to be found nearby. We just take things one project at a time and try to keep our heads down. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit messy sometimes with all the dust and the paperwork.
