Elegans Nestmakers Llp is basically just a few of us working out of Flat No.201 at Alekhya Good Earth. We are located at Plot No.36 in Gachibowli, which is a part of town that never seems to stop growing. If you have ever been to this area, you know how crazy the roads can get, but once you get inside the building, it’s actually pretty quiet. We moved into this office because it was close to where things were happening, and it’s been a good home for us so far. The space isn't huge, but we have enough room for our desks and a small corner where we keep the documents for the different housing projects we are involved with. We aren’t really into the whole big office culture with HR departments and formal meetings every hour. We just talk across the room to each other when something needs doing. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. Working in real estate in a place like Gachibowli means we stay busy with people asking about new flats and land. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who stops by. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on construction progress, and while it’s not always exciting, it’s what we know how to do. We usually wrap up around six and try to beat the IT crowd out of the area before the traffic gets completely stuck.
