We’ve been here for a good number of years now, and the building has become like a second home to us. Being in medical diagnostics, we see a whole range of people coming through our doors every day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work and we take it seriously. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a functional space with the equipment we need and some chairs for folks waiting. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit full and we have to shuffle things around. We don't have a big corporate team making decisions from some faraway city. It’s just us here on the ground, making sure the tests are done and the records are kept straight. The street outside can be quite noisy with all the rickshaws and cars, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines and people talking. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. It’s a long day sometimes, especially when there’s a lot of paperwork to catch up on at the end of the shift. We are just a local team doing our best in Moosarambagh. That is pretty much what we do.
