You can find us over at Ektha Serene in Gachibowli. We are based at Plot No 103 and 104 in the Housing Board Colony. This part of Hyderabad has grown so fast, and we’ve been right here watching it happen. Ektha Prime Builders India Pvt Ltd is where all the planning for our construction projects takes place. It’s a pretty basic office. We have some sturdy tables for laying out big maps and plenty of shelves for all the documents we have to keep. Being builders means we aren't always in our chairs. We are often out in the sun at various sites, but this is the home base. It’s not a quiet place, as there is always someone calling about a truck delivery or a permit. We don't go in for fancy decor. We just need a place to work and meet with the people we are building for. We’ve been doing this for quite some time now. Most of the staff here have been together for years, so we know each other's habits. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate with our schedules. We just keep at it until the job is done. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to finish what we started and move on to the next one.
