Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is located at H-308 in the Ganga Kunj Society. It is right in the Kalas Malwadi area of Vishrantwadi, which is a pretty decent part of Pune to be in. Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us sitting in this room surrounded by books and technical drawings. The society is usually quiet, except for when the kids are playing outside in the evenings. We have been here in Yerwada for quite some time now. The office isn't very big, so we have to be careful about where we stack the project files or we might trip over them. We spend most of our hours looking at designs and talking to clients about their requirements. Pune weather is usually nice, but it gets a bit damp during the monsoon, and we have to make sure the windows are shut tight to protect the drawings. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. Usually, it is just a couple of us working through the lunch hour with some sandwiches from home. We know the local shops around here pretty well by now. People sometimes drop by without calling first, and we just pull up an extra chair and have a chat. It is a very informal way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just focus on the drawings and try to get the details right.
