We are located right on the Main Road in Banjara Hills. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes finding parking out front is a bit of a nightmare. Edifice Consultant Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us who spend most of our time staring at blueprints and talking to contractors. We’ve been in this office for a good number of years now, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s not a fancy setup with a big lobby or anything like that. We just have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and way too many pens that usually don't work. Most days are filled with phone calls and trying to figure out building regulations. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches. We just get the drawings done and try to make sure everything is in order for the projects we handle. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the rolled-up papers everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We usually grab lunch from the local places nearby and talk about how the traffic is getting worse. We are just regular people doing a job. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a site visit or a deadline. It’s a simple, straightforward operation we have going on here in Hyderabad.
