Ecity Property Management Services (Essel Group)

We are over in Kphb Colony in Hyderabad, specifically on Road 3 at Lig-418. This is where Ecity Property Management Services operates. We are part of the Essel Group, but here in the colony, it feels much more local. Managing properties means we are always on our feet or dealing with some issue at one of the buildings. Our office is a simple setup where we keep our records and meet with people who have questions about their space. Kphb is a busy area, and there is always something going on outside our door. We deal with everything from leaky pipes to fixing up contracts. It isn't always smooth. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, or the paperwork gets confusing, but we just work through it. We aren't some big high-rise office with a lobby. It is just a regular spot in the colony where you can drop by. We’ve been working out of this Road 3 location for a good while now. Most of the neighbors know us. The days can be long, especially when we have to visit different sites across the city, but we like the pace. It is honest work, and we just try to keep things organized for everyone involved. It’s a lot of walking and talking, mostly, but we make sure the job gets finished by the end of the day.
