Dy.Manager Projects

Our base of operations is at Plot No 22 in Hydenagar. Being in Hyderabad, we are right in the middle of all the massive growth and construction happening in the city. As Dy. Manager Projects, the days are usually filled with a lot of coordination and a bit of stress. The office is just a practical space where we can sit down and look at schedules. It isn't very large, so things can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time for the morning meeting. We have stacks of files and various maps pinned to the walls. Hydenagar has changed a lot since we first started here; there are more buildings and way more traffic now than there used to be. Sometimes it takes forever just to get a few kilometers down the road because of the flyover construction. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure they have what they need to keep moving. It’s a lot of constant problem-solving. If a shipment is late or a worker doesn't show up, we have to figure it out on the fly. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy meetings or long lunches. We usually just eat at our desks while we work. The summer heat in Telangana is no joke, so we’re thankful for the old air conditioner we have, even if it makes a lot of noise. We’re just regular people trying to get these projects finished.
