We are based in Fortune Towers, specifically at 1-115/B/1602 in Madhapur. Being in a tall building like Fortune Towers is interesting because we get to see the whole of Hyderabad from up here. Madhapur is always buzzing with energy. Our company is Duvvuru Aarnav Property Holders Private Limited. We spend our time managing properties and dealing with all the stuff that comes with it. The 16th floor is where we spend our days. The elevators can be a bit of a wait during the morning rush, so we have to plan around that. It’s a pretty standard office setup. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets. The 500081 area is the heart of the tech scene, so there are always new people moving in and looking for places. We try to help out with that. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing emails. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a dedicated team doing our thing. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to finish. We usually order some food and keep going. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. The view of the city at night from our window is probably the best part of the office. It reminds us why we like being here. It is just a regular job for us and we stay busy with the files.
