Navbharath Gas Company Pvt. Ltd. is located on the 4th floor of the building at Plot No 63. It can be a bit of a walk if the lift isn't working right, which happens every now and then. We handle the administrative side of the gas business from this office. It isn't a warehouse where the actual cylinders are stored; it is more about the management and the paperwork. We have files piled up on the desks and the phones seem to ring quite a bit during the day. People are usually calling about their connections or asking about delivery schedules. It’s a busy place but in a typical office way. We have been operating from this 4th-floor space for a while. The view out the windows isn't anything special, just other buildings and the busy street down below. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. Most of the staff here has been with us for a few years, so everyone knows the routine and how to handle the customer files. It can get a bit stressful when there is a delay in the supply chain and we have to manage a lot of frustrated calls at once. We try to keep the records organized, but it is a constant job because of how many people we deal with.
