We are based out of Nacharam in Hyderabad. Our office is Flat 103 in Megasai Towers, which is on 4th Street, 4th Lane in Karthikeya Nagar. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer. Durabuild Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad has been working out of here for a while. We aren't a big, fancy corporation. We are just a group of people who know a thing or two about construction materials and technology. Usually, you’ll find us sitting around the table discussing upcoming orders or checking on how a site is doing. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a screen. It’s a bit informal, but the work gets done. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more personal here. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local places nearby and talk about what needs to happen next. We deal with a lot of local builders and folks who are just trying to fix up their places. We don't use big words or try to sell people stuff they don't need. We just provide the materials and advice they’re looking for. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the people we help in Hyderabad. We just keep at it every day and try to stay helpful.
