We’re located over at 44/59 Muthyam Reddy Nagar in Secunderabad. It’s near Yadamma Nagar in the Green Fields area. This is where we handle the DTDC courier and cargo work. It’s a pretty straightforward operation. We have a counter where people drop off their parcels and a back room where everything gets sorted into bags. The floor is usually covered in boxes and envelopes waiting to be scanned. It’s not the most beautiful office you’ll ever see, but it works for what we need. We have a small group of staff who know the routes around the 500015 area like the back of their hands. Some days the rain makes deliveries a mess, and we end up with wet boots and a lot of tracking numbers to check. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. We just want to get the mail out on time. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a quick break and talk about anything other than work. We’ve been in this part of Secunderabad for a while now, so the neighbors are used to the delivery vans pulling in and out. It’s just a regular local business, dealing with the daily flow of packages and trying to stay on top of the schedule. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. It’s just moving boxes from here to there and making sure the labels stay on.
