Our branch is located in Secunderabad, inside Sujata Apartment. Specifically, we are in Flat Number 104, which is at House Number 6-1-138. It’s a bit unusual to have a courier office in an apartment building, but it works for us. We’ve been here for quite a while now, handling parcels for Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd. Every morning, the floor is covered in boxes and packets that need to be sorted. It’s a bit of a scramble to get everything organized before the delivery guys head out. The apartment can get a little cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we have a system that works. Secunderabad can get very hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast all day long. We don't have a fancy front desk or a waiting lounge. People just come to the door, drop off their stuff, and we give them a receipt. It’s straightforward. Most of the people in the building know us because of the constant flow of couriers. We try to keep the noise down, but it’s a busy job. There are no corporate speeches here, just the sound of tape dispensers and people calling out zip codes. We’re just a small part of a big network, doing our daily grind in a quiet corner of the city. It’s hard work but it keeps us on our toes and the days pass by really fast.
