Our branch is over in Malakpet, specifically at G-1 in the Lake View Residency. The full address is 16-11-16/G/J/128, which sounds complicated but it's just in the Afzal Nagar area near Saleem Nagar Colony. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it’s a bit different from a big industrial warehouse. We’ve got the ground floor unit here. You’ll see people coming in with packages and parcels all through the day. There’s usually a couple of delivery bikes parked out front, sometimes blocking the path a bit. It’s a busy little hub for the neighborhood. Inside, we have counters for people to drop things off and a back area where we stack the cargo. It can get pretty full of boxes by the afternoon. We don’t have any fancy waiting lounge or anything like that. Just a counter and some pens on strings so they don't go missing. The staff here are mostly local guys who know the Hyderabad streets well. We spend a lot of time scanning labels and taping up boxes that weren't closed right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps the mail moving. The Afzal Nagar area is quite lively. We can hear the kids playing outside sometimes or the sounds from the nearby shops. It’s a plain office that does a plain job. We just try to get the courier work done and clear the floor before the next truck arrives. It is a very basic operation but it stays busy.
