Dr Sampelly Kishan Rao

I’ve spent many years practicing medicine here in the heart of Hyderabad. My clinic is located in the 500001 zip code area, which puts us right in the thick of the city’s activity. It’s not a fancy setup with a lot of bells and whistles. I’ve always preferred a more traditional approach to running a doctor’s office. The walls are lined with medical books, and the desk is usually covered in papers. I see all kinds of patients throughout the day. Some are coming in for regular things, while others have more specific health worries. I try to handle everything with a bit of common sense and a lot of patience. My clinic doesn't belong to a big chain or a hospital network. It’s just me and my small team. We get to know the people who walk through the door, which is something I value. The city can be quite noisy outside, but we try to keep a calm atmosphere inside the office. It’s a place where you can come and talk about what’s wrong without feeling like you’re on a factory line. I don’t believe in overcomplicating things. If someone is sick, we look at the symptoms and figure out what to do. That’s been my way of working for a long time. It’s a modest practice, but it’s been part of this neighborhood for a while now.
