Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.

We are based out of the facility at Survey No. 42, 45, and 46 in Bachupalli. This part of the Rr District has really grown lately. It used to be a lot quieter, but now there are buildings everywhere you look. At Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd., we spend our days inside these walls working on whatever the current project is. The area around Quthbullapur can get pretty congested during shift changes, so we all try to time our commutes carefully to avoid the worst traffic. The site itself is quite large, and you can get your steps in just walking from one end to the other for a meeting. There is always some construction or maintenance going on somewhere on the grounds. It feels like a small village sometimes because there are so many different people doing different things. We don't have a lot of fancy words for what we do; it’s just science and production work. The lunchroom is usually where you hear the most talk about what’s going on in the city or the latest cricket scores. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many people, it’s a constant effort for the cleaning staff. It’s a steady kind of life working here. Most of us just want to do our part and head home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a good enough way to spend a career.
