I’ve been working out of this spot in Hyderabad for a good while now. The address is simple enough to find if you’re near the 500001 area code. Mostly, the day consists of people coming in with various concerns, some small and some that take a bit more time to look at. My name is Raja Gopal Kamsetty and I try to keep things straightforward here. It isn't a fancy office with lots of glass and chrome, just a regular place where we get the job done. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to have something going on at once. We usually just manage by taking one person at a time and making sure nobody feels rushed out the door. It’s a busy city, Hyderabad, and people have a lot on their plates, so I appreciate when folks make the time to stop by. I don’t really go in for big speeches or fancy posters on the walls. It’s just about the work and seeing how I can help out. If you’re walking around this part of town, you’ve probably seen the sign. It’s been there for years. The staff and I have a rhythm now. We know most of the regulars by their first names. It makes the day go by faster when you actually know who is walking through that door and what they need from you.
