Mehdipatnam is a hectic part of Hyderabad, and our clinic is right in the thick of it. We are pretty easy to spot once you get into the main area, though the noise from the street never really stops during the day. Inside the clinic, it is a different story, mostly just quiet conversations and the sound of whatever we are working on at the moment. We have been here for some time now, and the walls are a simple off-white color that we’ve grown used to over the years. There isn't a lot of extra space, but we make the most of what we have to ensure everyone who comes in has a place to sit while they wait. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us here doing the daily work. Usually, we start the day by checking the lights and making sure the instruments are all in their right places. People from all walks of life come through here because Mehdipatnam is such a big hub for the city. We see a lot of commuters and locals who just need a quick consultation. The afternoons can get quite warm, so we keep the fans going at full speed. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where the goal is just to finish the day's tasks and help the people who stopped by. We like the rhythm of this neighborhood even if it is a bit loud most days.
