I’m located right in Hyderabad City, specifically in the 500001 area. My name is Dr Gnaneshwar Munugala. My office is a straightforward place where I spend the majority of my time. It’s not part of a big, cold institution. It’s just a private practice that’s been here long enough for the floorboards to creak in certain spots. I don’t believe in having a lot of fancy gadgets if they aren't necessary. We have what we need to take care of the people who come in. The waiting room has some old magazines and a water cooler that makes a loud glugging sound every now and then. Hyderabad can be a bit overwhelming with all the noise, but we’ve made this little corner quite comfortable. My staff are local folks who have been with me for years. We don't use any corporate scripts when we answer the phone. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. The work is steady and sometimes quite tiring, but it’s what I know. We stay open pretty late most nights because people work long hours in the city and can only come by after they finish. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a website or a marketing department. We just have a door that’s open to anyone who needs help in the 500001 district. Sometimes the neighbors just stop by for a chat while they are out running errands nearby.
