If you go near the GPO in Hyderabad, you’ll likely find where I work. My name is Dr. Dhammadam Rajasekhara Reddy. It is a busy area, always filled with people heading to the post office or catching buses. My office is right in the middle of all that noise. I’ve spent years getting used to the sounds of the city while I talk to patients. The building is older, with high ceilings and those heavy doors that creak a little when you open them. I don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the basic medical charts and some chairs that have seen better days. It’s a practical place.
