Dr Apparao Mekala

Our office is located in Vengal Rao Nagar, which is a pretty well-known spot in Hyderabad. Dr Apparao Mekala has been seeing people here for quite some time now. I handle the front desk and the scheduling, which keeps me pretty busy most mornings. Vengal Rao Nagar is a nice area, but parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. We have a small waiting area that gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of appointments scheduled back-to-back. It’s just a regular local practice, nothing too fancy. We use old-fashioned folders for the records mostly. Dr Apparao Mekala is usually in the back room working while I manage the phone calls. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and I have to ask people to hold on for a minute. We are right here in the 500001 area of Hyderabad, so it’s easy for most locals to reach us. I try to keep the place tidy, but with people coming and going, it’s a constant job. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our patients are people from around the neighborhood who have known us for years. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. No big corporate rules, just us doing our daily work in Vengal Rao Nagar. We hope to stay here for a long time yet. The plants in the corner need watering, and the clock on the wall is always five minutes fast, but we get things done.
