Domestic Glass

Our shop is located at Door No 5-6-171/1 on Aghapura Road, right in the Agha Pura-Nampally area. We're near the Charkandil landmark if you’re looking for us. It’s an old part of Hyderabad, and the roads can be a bit narrow and crowded. We deal with glass all day long. It’s heavy, fragile work, so we have to be careful. The shop is full of sheets of glass and mirrors leaning against the walls. It’s not a fancy place at all. We have our cutting tables and the tools we’ve been using for years. There's usually a lot of noise from the street outside and the sound of glass being handled. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. People around here know us. We don’t spend money on advertising. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes in. Sometimes we’re out on a job, fitting a window or a mirror somewhere else in the city. It’s a straightforward trade. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to do the job properly so we can go home at the end of the day. The tea guy comes by every afternoon, which is the highlight of the day sometimes. It's just a regular local business in a busy part of town. We’ve seen the city change around us, but we stay right here on Aghapura Road doing what we know how to do best.
