Dolphin Impex

We work out of Flat number 106 in the Bishan Apartments, which is located in Srinagar Colony. It is a pretty convenient spot for us because we are right next to the State Bank and just behind the Big Bazar. Dolphin Impex is not a big warehouse type of operation; we mostly handle the logistics and all the paperwork that goes along with importing and exporting goods. Our office is basically just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of half-empty coffee mugs. Since we are based inside an apartment building, it is much quieter than being right out on the main road, which is nice when we are trying to talk to people on the phone. We spend most of our time tracking various shipments and making sure all the customs papers are filled out correctly so nothing gets stuck. It is a lot of waiting for emails to arrive and then rushing to get things finished once they do. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving piles of paper from one side of the desk to the other, but that is how things get moved across the borders. We have been in Srinagar Colony for a good while now and we really like the local neighborhood. There is always a place to grab a quick snack nearby when we are working late into the evening. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything.
