Dolly Builderspvt. Ltd. is based in Hyderabad, right in Noor Khan Bazar. The office is in Baig House, which covers house numbers 22-1-701 to 705/7/A. It is an old part of the city with a lot of history in the streets. You can feel the age of the neighborhood when you walk around here. The building is large but we use just a part of it for our operations. It is a bit of a maze to get here if you are not familiar with the bazar. We handle various building projects from this office. The rooms have high ceilings and it stays relatively cool even when the Hyderabad sun is out. We have old wooden desks and lots of files from projects we did years ago. The staff has been with us for a long time. We know the local tea sellers by name. It is a noisy area with bikes and carts passing by all the time. Sometimes we have to shout a bit over the phone to be heard. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just know Dolly Builders from the work we have done around town. It is a grounded place where we talk about bricks, cement, and timelines. We like being in this part of town because it feels like the heart of the city. There is a lot of character in these walls and we are happy to stay here.
