If you are looking for us in Hyderabad, we are located on the second floor of Hansa Crest. It’s at Road No-01, Plot 62 in Jubilee Hills, 500033. Jubilee Hills is a well-known area, so finding the building isn't too hard, even with the local traffic. We are Dlf Laing O Rourke (I) Ltd and this is our regional hub. The office is a bit more structured than a home-office, but it still has a very human feel. We’ve got some plants in the corner that we sometimes forget to water, and the desks are usually covered in post-it notes and half-empty coffee cups. It’s a busy floor, and you can always hear phones ringing or people chatting about their weekend plans. We have a good view of the road from the windows, which is nice when you need a two-minute distraction. The building itself is decent, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time now. We don’t do any of that big corporate talk here. We just focus on the projects and make sure the numbers add up. Most of the team takes the bus or drives in, and we usually end up talking about the best places to eat around the hills. It’s a comfortable enough spot to spend eight or nine hours a day. We keep it professional but we don’t pretend to be something we’re not. It’s just a solid place for a solid team.
