Dlf (Building India)

We’re based in Hyderabad at House Number 9-1-1/21/18 in Bapunagar. That’s in the Langer House area, Hyd-58. It’s a local neighborhood and our office is right in the middle of it. We aren't in one of those big technology parks you see in other parts of the city. We prefer being here where we can actually see our neighbors. The "Building India" part of our name is just something we take to heart in our daily tasks. We don’t have a big board of directors. It’s just a few of us who have worked together for years. Our office is full of files and old maps and a lot of pens that sometimes don't work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather just focus on the projects we have. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything with big words. We just explain what we’re doing and how long it’ll take. It’s a very direct way of working. We take our tea breaks together and talk about things other than work sometimes. It keeps us human. We’ve been Dlf in this part of Hyderabad for a long time now. We know the streets and the people. We’re just here to do a good job. We really enjoy being a part of this community and hope to stay.
