Disha Base Kitchens

Disha Base Kitchens is over at Plot No 33 in Kavurihills. If you know the area at all, we are quite near the Vamshiram Building in Jubilee Hills. Our workspace is usually full of the sound of cutting wood and the smell of laminate glue. We do a lot of the heavy lifting here, putting together cabinets and trying to figure out how to fit everything into small kitchen spaces. The Hyderabad 500033 heat can get pretty intense in the workshop during the summer months, but we keep the fans going. We are not really the type of people to wear suits or sit in meetings all day. Usually, we have sawdust on our clothes and pencils tucked behind our ears. Kavurihills is a busy pocket, and navigating the narrow lanes near Plot No 33 can be a bit tricky for the delivery trucks. We have had our fair share of delays because of the traffic. People often stop by the shop to see how their kitchen units are being built. It is a very hands-on process from start to finish. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make the boxes and doors that people use every day to cook their meals. Sometimes things do not go perfectly on the first try, so we have to adjust and fix things until they sit right against the walls. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Most of the guys here have been working with wood for years.
