Delta Ion Exchange Pvt. Ltd. is located in Room No. 101 of Ranjeet Towers. If you know Dilsukh Nagar, you know how busy that area gets. Ranjeet Towers is right in the thick of it. We are up on the first floor, away from the worst of the street noise, but you can still hear the traffic and the horns all day. We deal with water systems. It’s specialized work, but we talk about it in a way that regular people can understand. Our office is usually filled with files, some equipment parts, and a few desks where we sit and figure out the orders. Dilsukh Nagar is a major hub, so it makes it easy for people to find us, even if parking is a nightmare sometimes. We spend a lot of our time going out to sites to see how things are working. When we are back at the office, it’s mostly about answering the phone and making sure the technicians know where they are going next. It’s a practical business. We aren't here to look pretty; we are here to make sure the water stuff gets handled right. Ranjeet Towers has a lot of different businesses in it, but we’ve been in No. 101 for a while now. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for what we need to do every day. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls downstairs and get right back to the work.
