Dietitian Padmaja Diet Clinic

This is Dietitian Padmaja’s place, located at House Number 241 in the Majestic Mansion part of the Shyamlal Buildings. We are right in the heart of Begumpet. It’s an older building, but it has some character. We aren't a big gym or a health food shop; we just help people figure out what they should be eating. Most folks come in because their doctor told them to, or they just feel sluggish. We sit down in the office and look at what's in their kitchen. It’s very basic. We don't have any magical cures or expensive supplements to sell. We just talk about rice, vegetables, and how to cook things differently. Begumpet is always crowded, so getting here can be a bit of a chore with the traffic, but once you’re inside Majestic Mansion, it’s quiet enough to talk. The office is simple with a couple of chairs and some charts on the wall. We’ve been here for a while and seen all kinds of people, from students to grandmothers. Everyone eats differently, so we just try to find a way that works for each person. No fancy language, just honest talk about food and health. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy every day. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a few seats.
