Dhruthi Dental Hospital

Our place is on the first floor of the Svh Plaza, which is right across from Raos High School in Miyapur. Being so close to a school means we hear the bell ring all day long. In the mornings, the traffic is a mess because of the school buses and parents dropping off their kids. We’re in unit F2, so you just head up the stairs and we’re right there. The plaza is usually busy with people going to the other shops. Inside the hospital, it’s mostly just the sound of the dental tools and the local radio playing softly in the background. We have a small bench for people to sit on while they wait. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven’t gotten around to it yet. Most of the patients are from the neighborhood, so we end up chatting about the local news quite a bit. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for a couple of dental chairs and the desk. We try to keep things simple and don’t go in for all those expensive decorations you see in the city. The water cooler in the corner is a bit leaky, but it’s cold, and that’s what matters when it’s hot outside. It’s just a regular dental office where we do our work and go home at the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late if there's a lot to do.
