We are based in Banjara Hills on Road Number 3. Our office is near the police station, so it's a pretty well-known spot. We do a mix of consulting and actual construction work. Most of the time, our boots are dusty because we spend so much time out at different sites around Hyderabad. When we are in the office, we are usually going over budgets or talking to contractors. It’s a practical business. We don't have a lot of time for fancy meetings. We just want to make sure the buildings are going up the way they are supposed to. The team is small but we’ve all been doing this for a long time. We know how much of a headache construction can be, so we just try to keep things moving. There’s always some problem to solve, whether it’s a late delivery of cement or a change in the plans. We deal with it and move on. We don't put on any acts. If you come to see us at Plot 162, you'll see a lot of files and site photos. We’ve been here in Banjara Hills for years and we know the area well. It’s just us doing the work, day in and day out. We like the feeling of seeing a project finally get finished. It’s a tough job but it's what we do. No shortcuts.
