Our place is at Plot No. 8 in New Vasavi Nagar, right across from Anubhav Garden. If you know the Karkhana area, you probably know the spot. Dew Filtration Systems Pvt. Ltd. is where we deal with all the water stuff. Filters, housings, and a lot of small parts that go into keeping systems running. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes stacked up. Most days, we’re just sorting through orders or explaining how a specific filter works to someone who walked in. It isn’t a high-tech lab, just a practical workshop where we get things done. We see a lot of people from the neighborhood coming by because their home systems need a part. The traffic near Anubhav Garden can be a mess in the evenings, so we try to get most of our shipping out by noon. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the fan in the corner. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. It’s just filtration. Some of the guys have been working with these systems for years and can tell what’s wrong just by looking at a piece of equipment. We keep a pot of tea going in the back for when things slow down. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We keep a stack of old newspapers to wrap things up when people buy smaller items.
