We are located at 23-5-1072 in the Gowlipura Market area of Hyderabad. It’s a lively neighborhood and there is always something going on outside. Most of what we do involves phones, recharges, and fixing small electronic issues. The shop is small and usually has a few people waiting by the counter. We have racks of phone cases and chargers hanging on the walls. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than three people are inside. We’ve been here in Telangana for years and know most of the people who walk past our door. The morning starts with sweeping the front and turning on the display lights. We listen to the radio while we work on repairs. Sometimes a repair takes longer because the parts are hard to find, and we have to tell the customer to come back tomorrow. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything. It’s just a local shop run by regular people. The Gowlipura Market is noisy with vendors selling vegetables and clothes right nearby. We usually have a tea from the stall across the way around four o'clock. It’s a busy life, but it’s good to be part of the community. We stay open until late evening because that’s when people finish work and need their phones checked.
