Dera Leasing & Construction Compamy

We are located at 5-5-621/5 on Malakunta Road in the Goshamahal area of Hyderabad. This is the home of Dera Leasing & Construction Company. Goshamahal is a very old and crowded part of the city, and our office fits right in with the surroundings. It is a busy street with lots of small shops and people moving around all day. We handle a mix of leasing out properties and managing various construction jobs. The office itself is quite old and has a lot of character, with thick walls and high ceilings. We have rows of steel cabinets filled with old lease agreements and construction plans from over the years. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the stacks of paper. The air outside is always full of the smells of the local market and the sounds of horns honking. We have a small group of people working here who have been with the company for a long time. It is a very traditional way of doing business, mostly face-to-face meetings over cups of tea. We don’t have any fancy displays or modern glass partitions. It is just a solid, old-fashioned office where we keep track of our builds and our tenants. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several contractors show up at once, but we manage to get everything sorted out eventually.
