Deepika Constructions

Deepika Constructions is located at Plot No. 403 in the Uti Apartments. We are over in Old Uti Nagar, which is part of the Kottapeta area in Hyderabad. It is a pretty crowded part of town, so there is always something going on. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our blueprints and talk to clients. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. It is mostly just us and a few supervisors who manage the actual building work. Most of our days are spent visiting the sites to see how the masonry or the plumbing is coming along. Construction in Hyderabad can be a bit of a headache because of the traffic and the heat, but we are used to it by now. We focus on small to medium projects, mostly homes for families. We have been doing this long enough to know all the local suppliers for cement and steel. We don't use any big words or try to act like we are some huge firm. We just build walls and put on roofs. Sometimes things take longer than they should because of the rain or other delays, and we just have to be honest with people about it. Our reputation is just based on the work we’ve already finished in the neighborhood. We stay busy enough without needing to do much advertising. We just like to keep things moving along.
