Dark Horse Imports & Exports Private Limited is situated in the Lodha Meridian building at KPHB, Kukatpally. Our specific spot is Flat No. 2601 in Balaji Nagar, SY No. 1009. Being up on the 26th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. We handle all sorts of import and export tasks from this office. KPHB is a very lively part of Hyderabad, and there is always something going on. We don’t use any polished corporate talk here. We just focus on getting things from point A to point B. The work involves a lot of coordinating with shipping agents and checking on customs clearances. Sometimes the elevators in the building take a while because it’s so tall. We keep a simple setup with our computers and files. It can get a bit hectic when we have multiple shipments moving through different ports at the same time. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything; we just try to be practical and solve problems as they come up. Most of our day is spent on the phone or emailing people in different time zones.
