Our office is in Aziz Manzil, house number 4-1-1243 on King Koti Road. It’s an old building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here for a good while. Culcreuch Exports Pvt Ltd is basically run out of these rooms. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes and files. We don’t have any slick signage or a glass front. It’s just a place where work happens. Most of the day is spent handling export documents and checking on containers. The King Koti area is always lively, so there’s a lot of background noise from the street. We’re used to it. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. It’s not a corporate environment by any stretch. We wear comfortable clothes and just get on with the tasks. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait, but we use that time to organize the shelves. Everything is practical. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a community feel. We just want to get the day's work done and make sure the export orders are ready for pick up. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up at Aziz Manzil every morning and start through the list of things to do. If someone knocks on the door, we stop what we're doing and see what they need. That is just how we manage things around here.
