Lera House is where we operate, tucked into the New SBH Colony in West Maredpally. It’s at number 1, and it’s a fairly quiet spot for being in Secunderabad. We run Croton Chits Private Limited from a ground-floor space that used to be a regular living area. Because of that, it has a very home-like feel to it. We have a couple of desks pushed against the walls and some shelves where we keep all the records from over the years. We aren't the type of place that has a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work and talk to the people who walk through the door. The colony is nice because there are a lot of trees around, so it doesn't get as hot as the main road. We usually start our day by opening up the windows and checking the mail. Most of our clients are people from around Hyderabad who have been with us for quite a while. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a small stove in the back for making ginger tea. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on the numbers and the paperwork. We like being in Maredpally because it feels like a real community where everyone is just trying to get by and save a bit for their future needs. It is a humble place but we are here every day to help.
