Crest Infra-Sf

Crest Infra-Sf is located at Flat 1202 in Building 5-9-59, which is part of the Minar Apartments in Deccan Towers. We are right in the Basheerbagh area of Hyderabad. Being on the 12th floor means we are a bit removed from the noise of the street down below, though you can still hear the sirens and traffic sometimes. The office is just a regular apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. We have some tables for our computers and a few cupboards for keeping our plans and drawings. Basheerbagh is a very central part of Hyderabad, so it makes it easy for us to get to different sites around the city. We don't have a big sign on the building, so people usually have to call us when they are downstairs so we can let them in. It’s a small group of us working here. We don't have any formal dress codes or corporate rituals. We just show up, make some coffee, and start working on our projects. Most of our time is spent looking at spreadsheets and talking to contractors on the phone. We don't do any flashy marketing or have a polished sales pitch. Our work mostly comes from the people we have met over the years in the construction business. It’s a straightforward way to run an office. We just focus on getting the details right and making sure our projects are moving along as they should.
