Copia Agri Private Limited is based out of Plot No. 25 in Gruhalakshmi Colony, which is in the Karkhana area of Secunderabad. It’s a pretty standard residential-style office, nothing that screams big business from the outside. We like it that way because it keeps our overhead low and things feel more personal. We spend our time managing agricultural projects and making sure the supplies get to where they need to go. The colony is usually pretty peaceful, which helps when we have to focus on the numbers or planning. We aren't some distant company with a call center. If you call us, you’re talking to one of the people actually sitting in the office in Karkhana. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day, mostly coordinating between growers and buyers. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the harvest hits all at once and everyone needs their shipments processed. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on getting the work done right today so we can do it again tomorrow. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we’ve seen the ups and downs. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the practical side of the agri business.
