Concepts The Party Planners is based in Hyderabad, specifically at House No 1-1-79 in the Bhagyanagar Apartments. We are right by the RTC X Roads, which is a place everyone in the city knows. We are sitting just beside the Sri Mayuri Theatre. If you have been to a movie there, you have probably passed our place. We spend our time planning parties and making sure events happen without any big problems. It is a job that requires a lot of patience and some long hours, especially when a big event is coming up. Our office is just a regular apartment room where we keep our files and meet with people. We do not have any polished marketing speeches to give out. We just tell people what we can do and then we go do it. It is a noisy, busy area with the theatre and the crossroads right there, but we like the energy. The staff here is just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We know which vendors to call and how to get things moved around the city. We do not try to sound like a big corporate agency because we are not one. We are just local planners who know the Hyderabad streets and venues. We take things one day at a time and try to make sure each party is a bit of a success. It is just us doing our best with every project we take on.
