Cogni Solutions Llp is based out of Boduppal in the Narapally section of Hyderabad. You can find us at Plot No 22 in Jyothi Nagar. It’s a pretty standard street, nothing too flashy, which actually fits the way we like to do things. We’re a small outfit, and we focus on getting our work done without a lot of fuss. Most of our days are spent staring at screens or talking through solutions for the problems our clients bring to us. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually the social hub of the office. There are about a handful of us here, and we’ve all got our own ways of working, but it usually comes together in the end. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers hovering over us. We just know what needs to be done and we do it.
