Our office is Shop No. 17 on the ground floor of Lenaine Estate. If you’re looking for us, we are right across from the Chermas shop in Abids. It’s a very busy corner of the city, and having a ground floor spot makes it easy for people to just wander in when they have a question about a flight. We’ve been here at Door No. 5-9-189 for quite some time. The office is pretty compact, but it fits everything we need to run the business. We focus on flying services, so we spend a lot of our time dealing with airlines and ticket portals. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking names, dates, and passport numbers. Accuracy is the main thing we worry about because a small mistake on a ticket can cause a huge headache later on. The area around Chermas is always lively, so there's never a dull moment looking out the window. We get all kinds of people coming in, from students going abroad to families planning a trip back to their home village. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing; we just tell people what the price is and what the rules are for their bags. It’s an honest way to make a living and it keeps us right in the heart of the Abids bustle every day. We’ve got some chairs for you to sit on while we print out your stuff. It works out fine for us.
