Our place is at 6/9/19/1, Plot No B1, Shop No 1 in the Cie Balanagar area. We are right there in the industrial estate, which makes it easy for the trucks to deliver our supplies. We deal with nutrition products, so our shop has to be a lot cleaner than the plastic factories nearby. We spend a lot of time checking the labels and making sure the storage temperature is right for the different powders and supplements we keep in stock. It’s not a huge shop, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of shelving in there. Being in Shop No 1 means we are right at the front, so we get a lot of people walking by and peeking in to see what we have on the shelves. Most of our work involves managing the inventory and making sure we don't run out of the popular items. We have a small counter where we handle the paperwork and talk to the people who come in. Balanagar is a busy hub, and the CIE area specifically is full of small shops like ours. It can get pretty hectic when a big delivery arrives and we have to unload everything and find a place for it on the shelves. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know the products well. We spend our day sorting boxes and helping people find what they need for their health or their own small businesses.
