Over at Plot/200/3 in Phase II of Cherlapally, we spend our days working with plastics. Vemula Polymers has been sitting here in the IDA for a bit. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming and going all the time. Working with polymers is a bit of a process, honestly. We have these machines that run almost all day, and it gets pretty loud inside the shed. Our team mostly consists of locals who live nearby and know the area well. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, it's just us standing around a machine trying to figure out why something isn't feeding right. The air smells a bit like warm plastic most days, which you get used to after a while. We handle a lot of raw materials and turn them into whatever the customer needs. It’s practical work. Cherlapally is a big place, so we try to stay organized so we don't get lost in the shuffle of all the other factories. We keep our heads down and focus on the production line. If you walk past our gate, you'll probably see a few of us taking a break or loading up a delivery. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. We're just a polymer plant in the middle of an industrial zone. It's noisy and can be messy, but that's what we know. Most of our tools have been around as long as we have, and they still get the job done.
