If you head over to B N Reddy Nagar and look for Plot No 1174, you’ll find us at Sai Sree Polymers. We’ve got a decent-sized setup here where we process different types of plastics. It’s a busy environment with a lot of movement. We spend our days managing the machines and making sure the output looks like it should. It can get pretty warm inside the building, especially during the peak of summer, but we’re used to it by now. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. Most of what we have is functional and has been with us for years. The crew is a mix of older hands who know the machines inside out and some younger folks learning the trade. We focus on the daily tasks, from unloading raw materials to checking the final products before they get loaded onto the trucks. It isn't always perfect—sometimes a machine needs a part we have to wait for, or a delivery gets delayed in traffic. We just take it as it comes. People in the area know us as a straightforward business. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just aim to do the work we’ve been given and keep the place running. It’s a regular job for regular people, and that’s what we like about it. There isn't much more to it than that.
