You can find Polartech India Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 197 in Phase No. 2 of the IDA in Cherlapally. It is an industrial area, so it is not the most glamorous place to work. There are a lot of trucks moving around and the roads can get quite dusty, especially in the dry season. Our office is right there on the plot, and it’s a very practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don’t have a big glass front or a fancy lobby. It is just a solid building where we get things done. The team usually arrives around the same time and we get straight into the day's schedule. It can get quite hot in Cherlapally during the summer, so we have a few big fans going all day. We have a small area where we keep our tools and another section for the office work. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we are used to the industrial zone vibe. There is a small tea shop nearby where we often take a break in the afternoon. It is an honest place to work. We don’t bother with much decoration; we just focus on making sure the orders are handled and the shipments are ready. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the routine of it all. Most days we close up and head home before the sunset.
