Matsya Green Enviro Private Limited

Our company, Matsya Green Enviro, is based out in Phase II of the IDA in Cherlapally. We are in unit 202/3. Cherlapally is a big industrial area, so there are a lot of factories and sheds around us. It’s not the most scenic place, but it’s where things get made and processed. We focus on environmental stuff, trying to help with green projects and waste issues. Our office is right in the middle of all the industrial action. It’s a functional space with a few desks, some maps of the local area, and a lot of technical reports sitting in stacks. We spend a good amount of time out on the field, visiting sites and checking on equipment, so the office is often half-empty during the day. When we are here, we are usually catching up on emails or drafting plans. The power goes out sometimes in this area, so we have to be ready for that. It’s a gritty environment, but we like being where the actual work happens. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do our part for the environment in a practical way, and go home. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We have a small water cooler and a table where we share snacks in the afternoon. It’s a simple setup for a group of people trying to do something useful. We just take things one day at a time here.
