Lb Tekplast Ltd. operates out of Plot No 88/3A in Phase II IDA. If you come by, you’ll see plenty of plastic scrap and finished containers stacked up near the loading dock. It’s a pretty functional space. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and a few safety signs that have faded over time. The machines run for most of the day, making a constant humming sound that you stop noticing after the first hour of your shift. We deal with a lot of different plastic moldings, and the smell of melting resin is just part of the air here. Some days are slower than others, depending on when the orders come through, but usually, we stay busy enough. The IDA can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the street numbers, but we have been at this spot long enough that most the local drivers know us. We drink a lot of water because the ventilation could be better, but we make do with what we have. It’s a practical environment where people focus on their tasks. We don't really have a front reception area, so if you show up, you just have to wave someone down from the floor. We are just a group of people making plastic goods and trying to get the shipments out on time. It is basic, honest work. No one here wears a suit, just work clothes.
